Though two decades have passed since his passing, he remains a beloved figure in the hearts of his fans.<\/p>\n<p>Born on December 31, 1942, in Saharanpur, India, Ansari migrated with his family to Karachi at a young age. He started his career in television dramas and quickly gained recognition for his unique comedic timing and sharp wit. His debut drama, \u201cJharokay\u201d, received widespread acclaim.<\/p>\n<p>While Jamshed Ansari excelled in comedy and became known for his distinctive style, he was also a capable dramatic actor who took on serious roles throughout his career. He showcased his acting prowess in around 200 television dramas and films, carving out a special place for himself in the industry. Some of his most famous works include \u201cUncle Urfi\u201d, \u201cTanhaiyaan\u201d, \u201cZer Zabar Pesh\u201d, \u201cManzilain\u201d, and \u201cAfshan\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>His exceptional talent was recognized with 55 national awards and 2 international awards during his career.<\/p>\n<p>Jamshed Ansari passed away on August 24, 2005, at the age of 63, after a prolonged illness caused by a brain tumor.
