The complaint alleges that Cardi B demonstrated her consent to the water activity by pouring water over herself and that her reactions escalated the situation.<\/p>\n<p>Legal filings describe Cardi B\u2019s actions as \u201cexcessive\u201d and assert that they took place in a public setting, causing emotional distress to the plaintiff.
