The new CUSIP will be 44486R101 and the new ISIN number will be CA44486R1010, under the new name of the Company.<\/p>\n

The common shares of the Company (the \u201cShares<\/strong>\u201d) are expected to begin trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange (the \u201cCSE<\/strong>\u201d) under the new stock symbol \u201cROBO\u201d for the new name of the Company on or after June 25, 2025.<\/p>\n
