LAHORE \u2013 Eid ul Azha 2025<\/a> is around the corner and Muslims are gearing up for Festival of Sacrifice, with major Eid Namaz gatherings to be held under tight security in Lahore.<\/p>\n

Auqaf and Religious Affairs Department completed preparations for Bakra Eid congregational prayers at major mosques and shrines across the region, particularly in Lahore. The move aims to ensure smooth, safe, and well-coordinated worship services for thousands of citizens expected to attend early morning prayers on Eid day.<\/p>\n

Key mosques under department\u2019s administration in the Punjab capital will hold special Eid prayers at designated times, with respected religious scholars and prayer leaders scheduled to lead the congregations.<\/p>\n

In total, over 20 major mosques across Lahore will host Eid congregations with arrangements to accommodate large numbers of worshippers.<\/p>\n

Punjab government also planned stern security and maintain public order. Cleanliness operations have also been scaled up around mosque areas to ensure hygienic conditions for the public.<\/p>\n
