The Metropolitan Police told \u201cThe Sun\u201d that they detained Chris Brown at the five-star Lowry Hotel on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe has been taken into custody, where he remains,\u201d the police officer stated to the outlet.<\/p>\n<p>He added that the globally renowned musician\u2019s arrest relates to an incident that occurred at a venue in Hanover Square on February 19, 2023. Meanwhile, detectives from the Central West Area Basic Command Unit are leading the investigation, the officer confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>In October 2023, Diaw filed a lawsuit against Chris Brown, claiming the singer had assaulted him eight months earlier.<\/p>\n<p>The music producer stated that Chris Brown inflicted severe and lasting injuries by hitting him on the head with a bottle of Don Julio 1942 in February 2023.
