AB \u201c<\/span>Ignitis<\/span> <\/span>grup\u0117<\/span>\u201d (hereinafter \u2013 the Group) informs that <\/span>Kelm\u0117<\/span> <\/span>wind farm<\/span> I<\/span>,<\/span> <\/span>controlled by <\/span>its subsidiary <\/span><\/span>UAB<\/span><\/span> \u201c<\/span>Ignitis<\/span> renewables\u201d <\/span><\/span>(hereinafter \u2013 <\/span>Ignitis<\/span> Renewables)<\/span>,<\/span><\/span> <\/span>has reached <\/span>the <\/span>commercial operation date (<\/span>hereinafter \u2013 <\/span>COD)<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The <\/span>project<\/span> <\/span>is <\/span>located in<\/span> central Lithuania<\/span>, <\/span>Kelm\u0117<\/span> district<\/span>,<\/span> and<\/span> consists <\/span>of<\/span> 16 <\/span>Nordex N163\/6.X <\/span>wind turbines with <\/span>a<\/span> <\/span>total<\/span> <\/span>ins<\/span>talled <\/span>capacity<\/span> of <\/span>1<\/span>14<\/span>.<\/span>1<\/span> MW<\/span>.<\/span> <\/span>The total <\/span>i<\/span>nvestments <\/span>in the wind far<\/span>m will reach<\/span> <\/span>around<\/span> EUR 190 million.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The installed capacity was adjusted <\/span>in accordance with<\/span> the current regulations, resulting in an increase <\/span>from 105.4 MW<\/span>, as previously reported,<\/span> <\/span>to <\/span><\/span>114.1 MW.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Kelm\u0117<\/span> wind farm I<\/span>, together with <\/span>Kelm\u0117<\/span> wind <\/span>farm II,<\/span> which is set to reach COD later this <\/span>year<\/span>,<\/span> is a part<\/span> <\/span>of the largest wind project currently under construction in the Baltics<\/span>, <\/span>Kelm\u0117<\/span> wind farm<\/span>. <\/span>The project<\/span> will have<\/span> <\/span>a <\/span>combined <\/span>installed <\/span>capacity of <\/span>3<\/span>13<\/span>.<\/span>7<\/span> MW<\/span> (<\/span>up<\/span> from 300 MW)<\/span>.<\/span> <\/span>T<\/span>he wind farm will be able to cover the electricity demand of 250 thousand Lithuanian households<\/span>. <\/span>The e<\/span>xpected<\/span> total<\/span> investments<\/span> <\/span>in <\/span>the 3<\/span>13<\/span>.<\/span>7<\/span> MW <\/span>Kelm\u0117<\/span> wind farm<\/span>, including the acquisition price and construction costs, should reach around EUR 550 million.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Since the COD of <\/span>Kelm\u0117<\/span> <\/span>wind farm<\/span> <\/span>I<\/span>, the Group\u2019s <\/span>i<\/span>nstalled Green Capacities <\/span>ha<\/span>ve<\/span> <\/span>increased to 1.<\/span>5<\/span> GW (from 1.<\/span>4<\/span> GW).<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
