The ceremony will begin at 7pm, followed by the tournament opener between defending champions Islamabad United and two-time winners Lahore Qalandars at 8:30pm.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">HBL PSL X will be staged across four venues: Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore and Multan.
