The complaint, filed by Umer Fayyaz, accuses Dogar of using abusive language and issuing threats during a TikTok live session.<\/p>\n<p>Umer Fayyaz, claiming the incident attacked his dignity, has sought legal action against Rajab Butt and his associates.<\/p>\n<p>Police have confirmed that legal proceedings are underway.
