The government\u2019s lawsuit alleges that the defendants misled consumers by deceptively advertising Dave\u2019s cash advances, charging hidden fees, misrepresenting how Dave uses customers\u2019 tips and charging recurring monthly fees without providing a simple mechanism to cancel them.<\/p>\n

On this news, Dave\u2019s share price fell on December 31, 2024.<\/p>\n
