The individual was traveling to Dubai.<\/p>\n<p>In the second operation at Islamabad Airport, ASF personnel seized 1.840 kilograms of ice heroin from a female passenger en route to Bahrain. The drugs were concealed in her shoes.<\/p>\n<p>A third operation, also conducted at Islamabad Airport, led to the recovery of 6.172 kilograms of heroin-infused clothing from another passenger traveling to Bahrain.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this month, the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) thwarted an attempt to smuggle drugs into Pakistan and arrested a Ugandan woman who had traveled from Dubai to Karachi.<\/p>\n<p>According to an ANF spokesperson, the suspect confessed to carrying drug-filled capsules. She was taken to a hospital, where authorities recovered 144 grams of cocaine from her possession.<\/p>\n<p>Further investigation revealed that a Nigerian accomplice was involved in the smuggling attempt.
