NEW YORK, Dec. 03, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C., a nationally recognized stockholder rights law firm, announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed against Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. (\u201cWBD\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) (NASDAQ:WBD) in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of all persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired WBD securities between February 23, 2024 and August 7, 2024, both dates inclusive (the \u201cClass Period\u201d). The complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and misleading statements regarding the Company’s business, operations, and prospects.
