Manisha also revealed the overwhelming sense of dread she felt when she spoke with the doctors at Jaslok Hospital. \u201cI felt I was going to die. And I felt this was the end of me,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<p>The actress, however, found a renewed sense of purpose through her recovery. \u201cIf I got a second chance at life, I had to go and fix the score because life gave me so much,\u201d Manisha explained. She confessed that she felt responsible for the disappointments in her career, particularly for \u201cdoing bad films\u201d and disappointing her fans. \u201cI prayed that if I got a second chance, I really wanted to do the best that I could and not disappoint my fans.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Manisha underwent surgery in New York, where she stayed for several months.
