ISLAMABAD: Petrol price in Pakistan has been increased by RsI.35 to Rs248.38 per litre and High Speed Diesel by Rs3.85 to Rs255.14 per litre from Rs251.29<\/p>\n

Kerosene now costs Rs161.54 per litre, a decrease of Rs1.48 from its previous rate of Rs163.02. Similarly, the price of light-diesel oil has dropped by Rs2.61, from Rs150.12 to Rs147.51 per litre.<\/p>\n

The government has increased petroleum products prices despite decrease in POL product in the international market.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has calculated consumer prices for petroleum products in line with international market fluctuations,\u201d stated the Finance Division in a release on Thursday night.<\/p>\n
