The emphasis on female participation also highlights the program\u2019s progressive stance on gender equality, aiming to empower women as critical contributors to Balochistan\u2019s economy.<\/p>\n<p>In the first phase, over 2,300 young individuals will be sent abroad by November, with work permits allowing them to gain valuable international experience.<\/p>\n<p>This not only benefits the participants but also bolsters the province\u2019s economy through increased foreign remittances.<\/p>\n<p>What sets this program apart is the government\u2019s commitment to covering all costs, including training, visas, and job placements.
