CASE ALLEGATIONS<\/strong>: DexCom is a medical device company that focuses on the design, development, and commercialization of continuous glucose monitoring systems.<\/p>\n

The DexCom <\/em>class action lawsuit alleges that defendants throughout the Class Period made false and\/or misleading statements and\/or failed to disclose that DexCom\u2019s optimistic reports of growth, earnings potential, and anticipated margins fell far short of reality as DexCom relied far too heavily on its ability to attract new customers while keeping existing distribution channels afloat.<\/p>\n

The DexCom <\/em>class action lawsuit further alleges that on July 25, 2024, DexCom announced its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2024 and reduced its revenue guidance for the full fiscal year 2024, attributing its results and lowered guidance on their execution of \u201cseveral key strategic initiatives\u201d which \u201cdid not meet [their] high standards.\u201d On this news, the price of DexCom stock fell nearly 41%, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n
