NisarKhuhro emphasized that \u201cIf a Federal Shariat Court can be established, there should be no objection to forming a constitutional court.<\/p>\n<p>Judicial reforms are crucial under the current circumstances, and the creation of a constitutional court is necessary to reduce the Supreme Court\u2019s case load and ensure swift resolution of constitutional matters.\u201d He further stressed that judicial reforms, parliamentary supremacy, and constitutional amendments are part of PPP\u2019s manifesto, with Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari already consulting with other political parties to build consensus on the issue.
