The tribal directed the provincial government to make regular appointment to the post of the DGPR BS-20 grade.<\/p>\n<p>This judgment was passed by Naseebullah Tareen, the Chairman Balochistan Services Tribunal, members Dr. Pervez Nowsherwani and Abdul Rasheed.<\/p>\n<p>Noor Khetran, a senior officer of the information department had challenged the appointment of the DGPR in the tribunal.<\/p>\n<p>The tribunal also directed the Balochistan government to appoint new DGPR on merit as per the rules.
