Despite the flak they\u2019ve received from certain circles, Rauf\u2019s confidence in their abilities hasn\u2019t wavered.<\/p>\n<p>At a press conference before the third T20I against England, Rauf vocalized his support for the duo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSometimes your performance as a player might not be up to the mark. But you should have confidence in your abilities, and just like that player has won matches on numerous occasions in the past at different stages. We can never doubt them. Obviously, when you back such players, their innings will click, and they will start delivering better performances,\u201d Rauf remarked.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s important to note that Pakistan was defeated by England in the second T20I in Birmingham by 23 runs, after being all out for 160 in pursuit of 184 runs.
