On May 21, 2024, Ningi Research (\u201cNingi\u201d) published a short report on Oddity, alleging that the Company \u201ccompletely misled investors about every critical aspect of its business, concealing a large brick-and-mortar business and sales generated by dishonest marketing tactics.\u201d Among other allegations, the Ningi report asserts that, although Oddity purports to be \u201can \u2018online-only\u2019 company\u201d, Ningi \u201cfound extensive evidence that Oddity owns and operates 43 stores, and six beauty schools which have never been disclosed to investors in SEC filings\u201d; that \u201c[l]arge parts of the company\u2019s Israeli operations remain undisclosed and unaudited\u201d; that \u201cthe finance department at Oddity is full of red flags\u201d; and that Ningi \u201csuspect[s] Oddity\u2019s employee count is understated.\u201d<\/p>\n

On this news, Oddity\u2019s stock price fell $3.02 per share, or 7.37%, to close at $37.97 per share on May 21, 2024.<\/p>\n
