ARY News obtained a video in which the patients can be seen receiving the drips while lying on a footpath.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the provincial government\u2019s claims of providing better healthcare facilities, sources within the hospital have confirmed that no additional beds were provided to the emergency department.<\/p>\n<p><iframe style=\"border: none; overflow: hidden;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/video.php?height=476&amp;href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Farynewsasia%2Fvideos%2F1105867774070432%2F&amp;show_text=false&amp;width=395&amp;t=0\" width=\"395\" height=\"476\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The lack of interest by the health department is leading to a shortage of space for patients.
