AMSTERDAM, April 19, 2024 – Stellantis N.V. (\u201cStellantis\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d) announced today that pursuant to its First Tranche of the 2024 Share Buyback Program announced on February 28, 2024, covering up to \u20ac1 billion to be executed in the open market during the period between February 28, 2024 and June 5, 2024, it has repurchased the following common shares in the period between April 12 up to and including April 18, 2024:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Since February 28, 2024 up to and including April 18, 2024, the Company has purchased a total of 22,299,226 common shares for a total consideration of \u20ac 563,763,890.20.<\/p>\n

As of April 18, 2024, the Company held in treasury No. 164,389,523\u00a0common shares equal to 4.08% of the total issued share capital including the common shares and the special voting shares.<\/p>\n
