(\u201cHandok\u201d) to commercialize PIVLAZ\u2122 (clazosentan sodium) 150 mg in South Korea.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Under the terms of the agreement, NPK will provide drug product to Handok at an agreed price and Handok is exclusively responsible for the promotion, marketing, sales and distribution of PIVLAZ\u2122 in South Korea.
