It will likely persist till March 31.<\/p>\n<p>Under the influence of these conditions, rain-wind\/thunderstorms are expected in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, central\/upper Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir and northern Balochistan on Friday evening\/night and Saturday. Heavy falls are expected at isolated places in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Kashmir. Dust storm\/dust raising winds are likely in southern parts of the country.<\/p>\n<p>Heavy rainfall may trigger landslides in vulnerable areas. Windstorm\/hailstorms and lightning may damage standing crops, and loose structures like electric poles and solar panels. Tourists and farmers are advised to remain cautious during the wet period.
