ISLAMABAD: Chairman PTI Barrister Gohar has termed the Islamabad High Court judges\u2019 letter to the Supreme Judicial Council, a turning point in judicial history, ARY News reported.<\/b><\/p>\n

Talking to media Barrister Gohar Ali has said that the interference in judiciary continuing till present day, \u201cWe vehemently condemn it\u201d.<\/p>\n

He said, \u201cthis interference made in specific political cases, which were only belong to the PTI\u201d.<\/p>\n

He called for constitution of a judicial commission to conduct an inquiry of the matter.<\/p>\n

He said that the inquiry of the judges\u2019 letter should be conducted by an open court.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe decisions in cases against the PTI\u2019s founder, made on political grounds\u201d, Barrister Gohar said. \u201cThe cases against the PTI\u2019s founder should be withdrawn,\u201d he said and urged for his release.<\/p>\n

It is pertinent to mention here that six serving judges of the Islamabad High Court have penned a letter to the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC), urging it to summon a judicial convention to review matter of \u201cinterference of intelligence agencies with judicial functions\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
