Nevertheless, Rauf appealed against the decision, providing explanations for his decision to opt out of the tour.<\/p>\n<p>In response to his appeal, PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi announced the reinstatement of Rauf\u2019s contract, referring to a letter from the player in which he admitted his mistake.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have got a letter from Haris Rauf, in which he has written that there was a misunderstanding and he made a wrong decision.
