She said,\u201dKite flying has become a blood sport and a punishable crime.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She added,\u201dIt cannot be allowed to put a citizen\u2019s life at risk for fun.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>CM Maryam also directed the authorities concerned to take effective measures to deal with the menace of kite flying.<\/p>\n<p>In a separate development, the CM expressed great grief and sorrow over the death of 3 people in a tractor-rickshaw collision in Dogranwala area of Gujranwala.<\/p>\n<p>The CM prayed for the forgiveness and higher ranks of the deceased souls, and for the complete and speedy speedy recovery of the injured.<\/p>\n<p>She said,\u201dMay Allah grant the deceased a high place in Jannat al-Firdous and grant patience to the bereaved family.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She directed the authorities concerned to provide the best treatment facilities to the injured of this tragic traffic accident.<\/p>\n<p><!-- AI CONTENT END 2 --><\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LAHORE \u2013 Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif took notice of an incident of death of a young man due to kite string in Faisalabad.
