{"id":7441,"date":"2023-09-24T18:55:07","date_gmt":"2023-09-24T18:55:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/news.pakistaninewspaperlist.com\/govt-bans-sale-of-injection-allegedly-causing-vision-loss\/"},"modified":"2023-09-24T18:55:07","modified_gmt":"2023-09-24T18:55:07","slug":"govt-bans-sale-of-injection-allegedly-causing-vision-loss","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pakistaninewspaperlist.com\/news\/govt-bans-sale-of-injection-allegedly-causing-vision-loss\/","title":{"rendered":"Govt bans sale of injection allegedly causing &#8216;vision loss&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<div data-td-block-uid=\"tdi_98\">\n<div class=\"tdb-block-inner td-fix-index\">\n<p><strong>LAHORE: Caretaker Minister for Health Dr Nadeem Jan on Sunday said that the sale and dispensation of the injection Avastin has been stopped, ARY News reported.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The minister made these remarks after holding a meeting with the Provincial Minister for Primary and Secondary Health Care Dr. Jamal Nasir.<\/p>\n<p>He said that the taking immediately action the decision to recall the injection of Avastin causing adverse reaction was taken.<\/p>\n<p>The minister said that upon receiving information from the affected patient regarding adverse reaction of Injection Avastin he immediately contacted the Punjab Health Minister.
