{"id":7377,"date":"2023-09-24T14:53:04","date_gmt":"2023-09-24T14:53:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/news.pakistaninewspaperlist.com\/elections-can-take-place-without-pti-chief-pm-kakar\/"},"modified":"2023-09-24T14:53:04","modified_gmt":"2023-09-24T14:53:04","slug":"elections-can-take-place-without-pti-chief-pm-kakar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pakistaninewspaperlist.com\/news\/elections-can-take-place-without-pti-chief-pm-kakar\/","title":{"rendered":"Elections can take place without PTI chief: PM Kakar"},"content":{"rendered":"<div data-td-block-uid=\"tdi_98\">\n<div class=\"tdb-block-inner td-fix-index\">\n<p><b>Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar said that Election can take place without Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>In an interview with The Associated Press, PM Kakar said that \u201cfair elections can take place without the PTI chairman or hundreds of members of his party who are jailed because they engaged in unlawful activities including vandalism.<\/p>\n<p>He said that the thousands of people in PTI who didn\u2019t engage in unlawful activities, \u201cwill be running the political process, they will be participating in the elections.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>PM Kakar further added \u201cWe are not pursuing anyone on a personal vendetta But yes, we will ensure that the law is appropriate. Anyone, be it PTI chairman or any other politician who violates, in terms of their political behavior, the laws of the country, then the restoration of the law has to be ensured.
