Leaders of the Pakistan People\u2019s Party (PPP) Sindh, including General Secretary Waqar Mehdi and National Assembly member Colonel Asad Alam Niazi, have pledged to root out terrorism from the country and ensure peace prevails. They offered condolences and prayers for the martyred Lieutenant Colonel Syed Kashif Ali\u2019s family during a meeting held in Karachi. Addressing the media alongside Chairman of Chanesar Town Farhan Ghani, District Central President Mastoor Ahsan, General Secretary Dil Muhammad, and Information Secretary Shahzad Majid, Waqar Mehdi and others expressed their determination to tackle terrorism effectively.<\/p>\n

They emphasized the party\u2019s manifesto\u2019s commitment to combating terrorism and assured that necessary actions would be taken. The discussion highlighted the ongoing efforts to repatriate illegal Afghan residents across Pakistan, particularly in Karachi, to address security concerns. Responding to queries, the leaders reiterated the government\u2019s stance on confronting terrorism head-on. Waqar Mehdi referred to recent reports from the Foreign Ministry, indicating the presence of terrorist camps in Afghanistan, suggesting a link to recent incidents in Pakistan.<\/p>\n

Additionally, he confirmed the ongoing repatriation of Afghan nationals residing illegally in various parts of Pakistan, including Karachi.
