On March 13, 2024, Comtech issued a press release announcing the termination of Ken Peterman as the Company\u2019s President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, citing \u201cconduct unrelated to Comtech\u2019s business strategy, financial results or previously filed financial statements.\u201d Separately, Comtech \u201cannounced that it it plans to release its second quarter fiscal 2024 results after the market closes on Monday, March 18, 2024.\u201d<\/p>\n

Following news of Peterman\u2019s termination, Comtech\u2019s stock price fell $1.57 per share, or 27.26%, to close at $4.19 per share on March 13, 2024.<\/p>\n
