{"id":70223,"date":"2024-03-12T03:21:06","date_gmt":"2024-03-12T03:21:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pakistaninewspaperlist.com\/news\/psl-9-naseem-shah-fined-for-level-1-violation-of-code-of-conduct\/"},"modified":"2024-03-12T03:21:06","modified_gmt":"2024-03-12T03:21:06","slug":"psl-9-naseem-shah-fined-for-level-1-violation-of-code-of-conduct","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pakistaninewspaperlist.com\/news\/psl-9-naseem-shah-fined-for-level-1-violation-of-code-of-conduct\/","title":{"rendered":"PSL 9: Naseem Shah fined for level 1 violation of code of conduct"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Naseem Shah was fined by the PCB.<\/li>\n<li>He violated the PSL code of conduct.<\/li>\n<li>Sultans were penalized for slow over-rate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Naseem Shah, a fast bowler for Islamabad United, was penalized with a 10% match fee fine by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>The penalty was imposed for a level 1 violation of the Pakistan Super League (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bolnews.com\/sports\/cricket\/psl\/2024\/03\/confirmed-psl-9-ramadan-timings-ahead-of-remaining-matches\/\">PSL<\/a>) Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel during the game between Multan Sultans and Islamabad United at the Pindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>Naseem had kicked the stumps at the conclusion of Multan Sultans\u2019 innings.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNaseem was charged for violating Article 2.2 that deals with abuse of cricket equipment or clothing, ground equipment or fixtures and fittings.
