The film was praised for its gripping storyline, stunning visuals and acting from its cast \u2013 led by timothee chalamet, zendaya, rebecca ferguson, Javier Bardem and Austin Butler to name a few.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"ast-oembed-container \" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe title=\"Dune: Part Two | Official Trailer 2\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/_YUzQa_1RCE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The film has a running time of 2 hours and 46 minutes. Denis Villeneuve had reportedly admitted that he made some \u201cpainful\u201d editing choices.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The fans were expecting to see the deleted scenes in a director\u2019s cut version of the film but Denis Villeneuve has clarified that they would never see the light.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">In an interview with the US showbiz news agency Collider, the famed director said he believes the material he removes from his projects is considered dead.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cI\u2019m a strong believer that when it\u2019s not in the movie, it\u2019s dead,\u201d Denis Villeneuve said. \u201cSometimes I remove shots and I say, \u2018I cannot believe I\u2019m cutting this out. I feel like a samurai opening my gut. It\u2019s painful, so I cannot go back after that and create a Frankenstein and try to reanimate things that I killed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cIt\u2019s too painful. When it\u2019s dead, it\u2019s dead, and it\u2019s dead for a reason. But yes, it is a painful project, but it is my job. It\u2019s not the runtime, it\u2019s about the storytelling, and I felt that I wanted to create a momentum.
