The authorities in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir have intensified so-called security, especially in Srinagar, ahead of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi\u2019s visit to the territory.<\/p>\n

According to Kashmir Media Service, Modi is scheduled to visit Srinagar and address a rally there on March 7.<\/p>\n

Ahead of the visit, so-called security measures have been specially tightened around the Bakshi Stadium, Srinagar, the venue of Modi\u2019s rally.<\/p>\n

The Indian military authorities have set up huge makeshift bunkers and deployed bullet proof armed vehicles everywhere to monitor the daily life of the Kashmiris.<\/p>\n

The forces\u2019 personnel are also continuing their cordon and search operations (CASOs) in all cities, towns and villages of the territory, subjecting the residents to severe harassment.<\/p>\n

A police official wishing not to be named said that the Prime Minister will address a rally in Srinagar and all the security measures will be taken to ensure a smooth rally. He said that there will be aerial surveillance of the venue and some parts around the venue will also remain under drone surveillance.<\/p>\n

Indian forces\u2019 personnel are conducting regular patrols and checks in Srinagar. The forces\u2019 presence has been significantly bolstered, with additional troops deployed and heightened surveillance measures in place.\u2014KMS<\/p>\n
