Indian music maestro, AR Rahman further elevated the hype around Prithviraj Sukumaran\u2019s\u00a0<\/strong>hotly-anticipated \u2018Aadujeevitham\u2019 <\/em>or \u2018The Goat Life\u2019<\/em>, dubbing it to be Malayalam cinema\u2019s \u2018Lawrence of Arabia\u2019<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

AR Rahman drew comparisons between his comeback Malayalam film \u2018Aadujeevitham\u2019,\u00a0<\/em>the first in more than three decades, and the Oscar-winning biographical epic \u2018Lawrence of Arabia\u2019<\/em>.<\/p>\n

During his recent appearance at an event, the \u2018Jai Ho\u2019<\/em> hitmaker spoke about the film and said, \u201cMr Blessy and team have made a Malayalam Lawrence of Arabia<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n

He continued, \u201cI am coming back to Malayalam cinema after Yoddha<\/em> (1992). I did a small movie [Malayankunju<\/em>] with Fahadh Faasil before. But this is truly a composer\u2019s film as there are so many emotions to convey through music.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI feel honoured to work with Blessy, Benyamin, Prithviraj and the whole team. They have all given their soul to the movie. Looking at them reaffirms my faith in cinema,\u201d Rahman added.<\/p>\n

Adapted from the same-titled Malayalam novel by Benyamin, the survival drama is written and directed by National Film Award-winning filmmaker Blessy, who is also co-producer with Jimmy Jean-Louis and Steven Adams.<\/p>\n

Notably, the Prithviraj Sukumaran-led \u2018The Goat Life\u2019, <\/em>titled \u2018Aadujeevitham\u2019 <\/em>in Malayalam, which has been in development since 2009, is scheduled for theatrical release on March 28.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
