Justice Babar Sattar of the IHC conducted hearing of the miscellaneous application of Islamabad DC. The DC appeared in the court along with his lawyer Raja Rizwan Abbasi.<\/p>\n<p>The court accepted the request to withdraw the show cause but dismissed the request of DC Islamabad for exemption from attending the court on March 1. The IHC said in its order said that the verdict reserved earlier would be pronounced on Friday. The court said in the order that the accused must be present on the day of the verdict.
