KARACHI: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) candidate Murad Ali Shah has been elected as Sindh Chief Minister for the third time.<\/p>\n

PPP\u2019s candidate Murad Ali Shah got 112 votes while Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) MQM\u2019s Ali Khurshidi \u00a0got 36 votes.<\/p>\n

Speaker Sindh Assembly Owais Qadir Shah presided over session of the Sindh Assembly in which the Leader of the House was elected.<\/p>\n

After the election process was completed, the Speaker of the Sindh Assembly announced that the PPP candidate Murad Ali Shah was elected as the Sindh Chief Minister by getting 112 votes, while MQM\u2019s Ali Khurshidi got 36 votes.<\/p>\n

Murad Ali Shah has been elected as the 25th Chief Minister of Sindh.<\/p>\n

PPP Member of Sindh Assembly Sardar Shah expressed his opinion in the House and said that today it is a matter of happiness for the city of Lal Shahbaz Qalandar, Murad Ali Shah has been elected as the Chief Minister of this historic House for the third consecutive time.<\/p>\n

Sardar Shah said that it is a matter of pride for the son to occupy the same position after the father.<\/p>\n
