It is worth noting that that the Narendra Modi-led Hindutva government has formulated a policy to declare all those committed to the ongoing freedom struggle as \u201cproclaimed offenders\u201d and then attach their properties on the charge of being involved in anti-India activities. This is being done to intimidate the Kashmiris who refuse to toe the BJP\u2019s line in the occupied territory.
