He also prayed the court to summon the complete record from the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).<\/p>\n<p>The plea was filed in the IHC a day after it suspended the victory notifications of PML-N leaders including Tariq Fazl Chaudhary, Anjum Aqeel and Raja Khurram Nawaz from three constituencies of Islamabad.<\/p>\n<p>A IHC division bench comprising Justice Mian Gul Hassan and Justice Arbab Tahir passed the order on an Intra-Party Appeal (IPA) challenging victories of the PML-N leaders from NA-46, NA-47 and NA-48.<\/p>\n<p>Anjum Aqeel contested election from NA-46, Tariq Fazl Chaudhary from NA-47 and Raja Khurram Nawaz from NA-48.<\/p>\n<p>Zulfi Bukhari had challenged the victory notification of Raja Khurram Nawaz from NA-48.<\/p>\n<p>PTI leader Shoaib Shaheen who contested election from NA-47 had filed the appeal in the Islamabad High Court challenging victory of Tariq Fazl Chaudhary.<\/p>\n<p>The division bench remarked that who was issuing such notifications from the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).<\/p>\n<p>Shoaib Shaheen had challenged the order of the single bench comprising IHC Chief Justice Aamir Farooq who had dismissed the appeals against the results of the said constituencies.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!-- AI CONTENT END 2 --><\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD \u2013 An appeal was moved to the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday challenging the victory of Abdul Aleem Khan, the head of the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP), from Lahore\u2019s NA-117 constituency.
