Veteran Hollywood actress Linda Hamilton, who will play a secret role in the fifth season of the critically acclaimed Netflix supernatural show \u2018Stranger Things<\/em>\u2018, admitted that she will not be watching it despite working in it.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Linda Hamilton, who rose to fame with her portrayal of protagonist Sarah Connor in the \u2018Terminator\u2019 franchise, admitted to being a massive fan of the supernatural show in an interview with US Weekly. She added that it would be different for her now that she starred in it.<\/span><\/p>\n

She said that she would n<\/span>ot watch the show as working in it has taken her out of \u201creality\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve watched every season with relish,\u201d the \u2018Terminator<\/em>\u2018 star was quoted saying in a report. \u201cI just love it. So it\u2019s kind of, like, imposter syndrome where I don\u2019t [feel that I] fit in there. That\u2019s a whole world set in the \u201980s.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWhen you really buy into something, you don\u2019t see yourself in it. So I think, in a way, it kind of ruined the show for me. I never watch [a project] once I\u2019m in something. It would just completely take me out of the reality of it to see myself in there. So, I won\u2019t be watching [season five].\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Her role was kept secret from fans and the actress herself. She added that it was done for being careful with the story.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThey have to be very careful with their story. So I still don\u2019t know how it ends. And it takes a lot of discipline to not know where it\u2019s going to go. But that\u2019s to protect it from all of the people that want to know,\u201d she explained.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The actress said it was \u201cthrilling\u201d to be part of the table read sessions and watch the filming unfold.<\/span><\/p>\n
