We will hear this petition. Such joke cannot be with the Supreme Court,\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPresent the petitioner before this court no matter where he is. They file plea and then disappear. Is it a joke?,\u201d CJP Isa further remarked.<\/p>\n<p>The court staff apprised the court that the petitioner was approached through his cell number and through his address but they could not reach him.<\/p>\n<p>CJP Isa remarked, \u201cWas that for the sake of popularity? The petitioner shared the plea with the media soon after filing it in the court.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDon\u2019t know whether the petitioner himself filed the plea or not, and don\u2019t know if he appears at the later stage and said that he did not withdraw it.\u00a0 Such joke cannot be with the Supreme Court,\u201d remarked the top judge.<\/p>\n<p>The top judge directed the relevant Station House Officer (SHO) to comply with the notice of the court regarding production of the petitioner before the court.<\/p>\n<p>The court adjourned further hearing of the case till February 21.<\/p>\n<p><!-- AI CONTENT END 2 --><\/p><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD \u2013 Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa directed the relevant officials to produce the petitioner in person before the court for hearing of the plea seeking annulment of February 8 general elections.
