Since its creation just over three years ago, Stellantis has distributed \u20ac6 billion to its global employee base.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Since 2021, the Company has been committed to sharing its success with employees, reinforcing its \u201cCare\u201d pillar, dedicated to its employees, its customers, and its carbon net zero objective.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Employees are the heart of Stellantis\u2019 performance.
