Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone opened up on her relationship with veteran actor and \u2018Pathaan<\/em>\u2018 co-star Shah Rukh Khan.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Deepika Padukone reportedly talked about her \u201cprecious and special bond\u201d Shah Rukh Khan in an interview. The celebrity recalled her receiving career advice from the \u2018Kal Ho Naa Ho<\/em>\u2018 star.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe (Shah Rukh Khan) was the first person to tell me, amongst all of the wisdom that he was sharing with me,\u201d the actress was quoted saying in India news agency Indian Express\u2019 report. \u201cHe said, \u2018Baby, always remember to work with people you know you\u2019re going to have a good time with, where you know you\u2019re going to enjoy yourself.\u2019 Anyone who knows Shah Rukh knows that he\u2019s full of wisdom, and for me, that was a huge learning.<\/p>\n

\u201cEvery day, you know something about something or the other, I\u2019d keep learning. But this one thing really stayed with me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Deepika Padukone added that she used to receive her \u201cdaily doses of wisdom\u201d when working with Shah Rukh Khan at the age of 21.<\/p>\n

She added that they don\u2019t get in touch but working with him is \u201cprecious\u201d and \u201cspecial\u201d for her.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re not in touch every day. I engage with him the most, obviously, when we\u2019re working on a movie. But that hug, that look, is very special. What he and I share, or at least what I share with him, is extremely precious, extremely special. When I\u2019m confused or if I\u2019m stuck, I call him. He\u2019s always there. If he\u2019s going through something in his life. I will meet him somewhere, and I\u2019ll say, \u2018I know. I understand\u2019,\u201d she concluded.<\/p>\n

It is pertinent to mention that Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone\u2019s first on-screen collaboration was in \u2018Om Shanti Om<\/em>.\u2019 They worked together in \u2018Chennai Express<\/em>,\u2019 \u2018Happy New Year<\/em>,\u2019 \u2018Zero<\/em>,\u2019 \u2018Pathaan<\/em>\u2018 and \u2018Jawan<\/em>\u2018.<\/p>\n
