The Prime Minister is the PCB\u2019s patron-in-chief, having the power to nominate two members in the ten-member BoG, which is the electoral college to elect the chairman.<\/p>\n<p>However, the new PCB chief wouldn\u2019t be the nominee of the incoming prime minister as caretaker prime minister Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar has nominated Mohsin Naqvi to replace Zaka Ashraf, who resigned as the chief of the interim management committee this month.<\/p>\n<p>Zaka, alongside Mustafa Ramday, had been nominated to the BoG by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe notice of the meeting is issued as per the provisions of the constitution of the Pakistan Cricket Board 2014.
