(Photo Credit: Northrop Grumman)<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:12pt;\">Under NASA\u2019s Commercial Resupply Service-2 (CRS-2) contract, Cygnus is carrying more than 8,200 pounds of critical supplies, equipment and science experiments for astronauts on the station.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:12pt;\">After its rendezvous with the International Space Station on February 1, Cygnus will remain attached to the station for up to six months. The spacecraft may perform additional services such as reboosting the station\u2019s orbit to counteract atmospheric drag.
