They gave him flowers. Today, officials will brief Khawar on key subjects as well.<\/p>\n<p>Khawar will also carry out the duties of the acting chairman till the PCB elections. Mohsin Naqvi, the current nominee for PCB chief, will currently hold a position on the governing board. The establishment of the Board of Governors will shortly be announced.<\/p>\n<p>Reports claim that Khawar will now be in charge of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bolnews.com\/sports\/2024\/01\/pcb-chairman-zaka-ashraf-steps-down\/\">PCB<\/a> elections. Naqvi is scheduled to run for chairman and, should he win, take over as chairman for a three-year period.
