ISLAMABAD: People\u2019s Party leader Farooque Naek on Wednesday said that the PTI exists as a political party, ARY News reported.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The PPP Senator was talking to media in Islamabad High Court premises.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey didn\u2019t properly hold the party\u2019s election thus they were not allotted the election symbol,\u201d Naik said.<\/p>\n

He said, it was their own fault. \u201cWe have to decide what we want, the legal justice or the people\u2019s justice,\u201d Senator Naek posed question. \u201cThe Chief Justice has provided the legal justice,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf we want supremacy of the constitution and law, then the justice will be provided according to the law,\u201d PPP leader said.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf a party has an election symbol or not, it must be allowed to field its candidates in election,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

He said the court\u2019s decision didn\u2019t violate anyone\u2019s human rights. \u201cThe people have not been deprived of their right to vote, only election symbol has been taken back,\u201d Naik added.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
