A three-judge election tribunal of the Lahore High Court headed by Justice Ali Baqir Najafi on Sunday heard the petition filed against the decision of the RO to reject the nomination papers of Ijaz Chaudhry. The tribunal upheld the decision of the returning officer and dismissed the appeal of Ijaz Chaudhry.
