Hollywood actress Margot Robbie is going on hiatus following the resounding success of her latest outing \u2018Barbie<\/em>.\u2019<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Margot Robbie, who plays \u2018Barbie<\/em>\u2018 in Greta Gerwig\u2019s film, said she is stepping away from acting in an interview with the US lifestyle news outlet Deadline. According to her, the actress said she is doing so as \u201ceverybody probably being sick of the sight of her.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThis is the longest I haven\u2019t acted on a set because we finished Barbie in October of 2022,\u201d she was quoted saying in entertainment news agency IGN\u2019s report. \u201cSo, it\u2019s already been more than a year since I was on set as an actor, and other than Covid, that\u2019s the first time that\u2019s ever happened.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI also think everyone\u2019s probably sick of the sight of me for now. I should probably disappear from screens for a while. Honestly, if I did another movie too soon, people would say, \u2018Her again? We just did a whole summer with her. We\u2019re over it.\u2019 I don\u2019t know what I\u2019ll do next, but I hope it\u2019s a little while away.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Margot Robbie added that she is not diving straight into the planned \u2018Ocean\u2019s Eleven\u2019 prequel as well.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s still in development. Word got out about that; we didn\u2019t release anything because it\u2019s way too soon, to be honest. Whether it winds up being the next thing, I don\u2019t know. I don\u2019t think so. It\u2019s a pretty big project to put together, and there are certain logistical things that we have to time it around,\u201d she said.<\/span><\/p>\n
