ISLAMABAD \u2013 An Accountability Court in Islamabad on Tuesday issued a ruling to freeze the bank accounts of prominent leaders of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) including Shahzad Akbar, Zulfi Bukhari, and Farah Dogar.<\/p>\n

Accountability Court Justice Muhammad Bashir passed the order while hearing a case of 190 million pounds.<\/p>\n

The court ordered the relevant authorities to freeze both financial holdings and immovable properties of the PTI leaders allegedly had any role in the case. \u00a0The legal action aims to ensure compliance with the ongoing investigation into the \u00a3190 million matter.<\/p>\n

The accountability court further broadened its scope by ordering the freezing of assets and bank accounts belonging to a total of six accused individuals involved in the aforementioned case.<\/p>\n

In a move emphasizing the severity of the charges, the court also directed the confiscation of registered vehicles linked to the accused. Besides it, following due legal procedures, arrest warrants for all implicated individuals were issued, marking a significant escalation in the legal proceedings.<\/p>\n

The freezing of assets and subsequent actions by the accountability court underscore the gravity of the allegations and the commitment to a thorough investigation into the \u00a3190 million case.<\/p>\n
