Election Tribunal Judge Justice Ahmad Nadeem Arshad reserved a decision on the appeals of PTI leaders Jamshed Cheemaand his wife Musarat Jamshed Cheema against the rejection of their nomination papers by the returning officers.<\/p>\n

The record was submitted by Returning Officer Constituency NA-122 in the court. Jamshed Iqbal Cheema and Musrat Jamshed Cheema filed appeals against the rejection of their nomination papers. The election appellate tribunal upheld the decision of the returning officer to reject the nomination papers of Miss Neelam Irshad Sheikh.The Appellate Tribunal of the Lahore High Court dismissed Miss Neelam Irshad Sheikh\u2019s appeals against the rejection of her papers from constituencies NA NA-122 and PP-156. The election appellate tribunal Judge Mohammad Tariq Nadeem accepted theappeal of Mohammad Asif and allowed him to contest the election fromPP-160. Malik Manzar Abbas Khokhar has been allowed to contest the election.<\/p>\n

Judge of Appellate Tribunal of Lahore High Court Justice Tariq Nadeem accepted his appeal and annulled the returning officer\u2019s decision to reject his nomination papers from PP 162. Malik Manzar Abbas Khokhar had submitted nomination papers to contest the election from Wapda Town, Johar Town, Stokatla and other areas.<\/p>\n

Likewise, the election appellate tribunal allowed Shakhawat Liaqat tocontest the election from PP-184 while rejecting the decision ofreturning officer. Justice Muhammad Tariq Nadeem heard the appeal of Shakhawat Liaqat.<\/p>\n

The decision to reject the nomination papers of Rana Muhammad Irshad Khan from PP 182 Lahore by RO was also annulled. The election appellate tribunal comprising Justice Muhammad Tariq Nadeem heard the appeal of Rana Muhammad Irshad Khan and allowed him to contest the election.<\/p>\n

Sharafat Liaqat Bhatti\u2019s election appeal to contest the election from PP- 159 was dismissed. The Election Appellate Tribunal upheld the decision of the ReturningOfficer to reject his nomination papers.<\/p>\n

Appeal against acceptance of nomination papers of SaqibRiaz for PP- 157Lahore dismissed. The Election Appellate Tribunal comprising Justice Mohammad Tariq Nadeemheard the appeal of Saqib Riaz.<\/p>\n

Appeal against rejection of nomination papers of Zahid Ahmed from NA-124 dismissed. The tribunal upheld the Returning Officer\u2019s decision to reject ZahidAhmed\u2019s nomination papers. Rana Naeem Riaz has been allowed to contest the election<\/p>\n

The tribunal consisting of Justice Muhammad Tariq Nadeem accepted the election appeal of Rana Naeem Riaz and dismissed the appeal against the rejection of nomination papers of Muhammad Nawaz from A-112.<\/p>\n

The election appellate tribunal upheld the decision of the Returning Officer to reject the nomination papers of Muhammad Nawaz. The tribunal upheld the decision of the Returning Officer to reject the nomination papers of Imtiaz Muhammad.<\/p>\n
